This help area will help provide you with a better understanding of e-learning and will address many common questions concerning the registration process, your account and how to purchase a course.

Specific questions regarding the actual course taking process are answered in our online course help. This help feature is only accessible to those users who have created a username and password and logged on to the specific course.

ATTENTION MAC USERS
Currently this system does not support all Mac settings and browsers. Please visit the demo course before you register. If you have difficulty, first please try one of the following browsers: Mozilla Firefox version 1.5, Netscape version 7.2, and Internet Explorer version 6. We do not support the Safari browser. Also, the currently supported MAC operating system is MAC OS 10.x. If this does not help, please contact Certilearn Support . Please complete the form and you will receive a reply within 24 business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.

About Your Account Information
Your account information will allow you to keep track of your course progress and keep you informed of new courses or site enhancements that benefit you. Additionally, your account information provides a permanent record of your completed courses for any accrediting organization or membership organization to which you may belong.

Registration Process
We have kept the registration process short and straight-forward. We need minimal personal information in order to create a unique personalized account and to be able to contact you directly in the event you need technical assistance.

Username & Password
Usernames uniquely identify you as an online learner. You will be able to create your own username and password, using any combination of letters and numbers. Additionally, for your security, you can change your user name and password at your convenience. To modify changes to your account please login and then click on the Profile link on the main menu bar.

Can't Remember Password
Everyone occasionally forgets a password. In the event you are unable to remember your password, please click on the "Click here to look it up!" link on the login and provide your last name and e-mail address on the form that follows. We will then forward your password to the e-mail address associated with your account. For privacy purposes, we can not provide your password over the phone.

Modifying Account Information
Once you are logged in, you can modify your account information including username and password at any time. To do so, you please click on the Profile on the main menu bar and follow the instructions.

About Course Directory
The Course Directory lists every course available, and includes a course description, anticipated course time and cost. The courses are arranged alphabetically within each course category.

Additional information about each course, including its objectives and any continuing education credits or accreditation, can be found by clicking on each course name.

Purchasing a Course
Before taking a course you must

1) be a registered user, and

2) purchase the course. To purchase a course, please add it to your shopping cart. You may add multiple courses to your cart before checking out and paying.
When you have finished adding courses to your cart, please proceed to the Checkout and provide your payment information for approval. We will provide you a receipt of your purchase and promptly process your transaction. When we receive approval, usually within 30 seconds, you are able to take the course. Generally, you have one-year from the date of purchase to take a course.

Taking a Course
You may only take courses if you have 1) purchased the course, and 2) logged in. To log in click the Login button on the menu bar. Upon logging in you will see a listing of all the courses you have purchased. Clicking on the course name will launch that particular course.

Generally, you have one-year from the date of purchase to take a course.

About Log-in
Log-in allows you access to all the courses you purchased as well as to your personal profile. Once you have logged in you may take courses, review your progress against courses you have purchased, and modify your account profile, including contact information and password. Remember, you may not add/purchase while logged in.

Unable to Add Courses after Logging In
You are not able to add / purchase new courses if you logged in. To add / purchase courses you must make sure that you first log out and then select the course you wish to purchase. Put them in your cart and proceed to check-out when ready. Once you have purchased the courses you may login to take them.

Your Cart/Checkout

About Your Cart / Check-out
Your Cart contains all those courses you have selected that are pending your purchase. Courses are only maintained in each session. If your session ends, all courses in your cart will be deleted. From your cart you may continue to add new courses or proceed to checkout where you will actually purchase the courses.

Credit Card Information / Privacy
For your protection, you must enter your credit card information each time you make a purchase. This is an additional way we try to ensure your privacy.

Demo Information

About Demo
The demo allows you to experience the various features and functions of our courses. During the demo, you are actually logged on as a user and you have the full rights of that user, including the ability to modify the demo profile, take a sample course, etc. Please note that any changes you make to the demo account or your actual course progress in the demo is not tracked and is not available to you once you log out.
